You can get to this page by pressing 2 on the keypad on the patient login page after
entering the information of the particular patient and pressing enter Here in this page you can enter
data manually in to Smart Clinic Cradle you can see the actual data is entered in the Smart Clinic
Cradle after entering the record go for press option 1 and your data will be appear as first entry.
Current date time is already present as system date time you can change as you need by pressing
up and down key
