Patient Portal
In this project a reminder is sent to the patient
when his/her prescription date is about to expire.A reminder is sent to the patient in order to refill his medicines.Hence this is beneficial for the patient because the patient can refill his medicines before they get over.
This service allows us to manage and maintain patient appointments and patient allergies.Patient Portal also allows us to manage patient lab results and patient medications.
