The main theme of this project is to send appointment reminder calls on the particular date and time to patients. These messages are sent to the patients through IVR calls. Patient will receive a voice call and he/she can reply about the appointment through this call. The replied message of the patient is stored in the database and is displayed through reports in the hospital account.
